Zune, Zune and less Zune
Nov 7th, 2007 by dave
Since my last post at the beginning of September, Microsoft released their new, dare-I-say-iPod-killer line of Zunes.
No links to them because, frankly, nobody cares anyway.
All Microsoft did was update their products to be closer to Apple’s LAST GENERATION iPods. Good work, guys!
Again, who cares? As I get around, especially when I’m traveling, I look hard to see if I can spot MP3 players other than iPods.
I’ve seen the occasional Creative players, and a Sansa or two. Zune? I’ve looked, but I’ve honestly never seen anyone on a plane or in an airport actually carrying a real live Zune with them. Oh, and the last generation brown one just cried out to be hidden in a pocket!
Hey, maybe they’re out there, but their self-conscious owners keep them well-hidden to avoid iShame!
D’ya think? I dunno.
Welcome to the Social? No thanks. I knew this tag line would come back to haunt them.
